How Long Does Delivery Take?

Each JewFashion order is carefully prepared, quality-checked, and securely packed before dispatch. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, customization requirements, and quality inspection.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

Orders are shipped through established international and local logistics partners. The final-mile carrier may vary depending on your destination and shipping route.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your parcel has been dispatched.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Because orders may enter processing shortly after confirmation, cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been shipped. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will review your cancellation request and, when eligible, issue a full refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

About Taxes & Duties

Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are determined by the customs authority in your country or region and are outside of JewFashion’s control. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, applicable customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Will All My Items Arrive Together?

We do our best to prepare and ship all items in your order together. However, items may require different processing times due to availability, product preparation, or quality inspection.

In some cases, your items may be shipped separately to avoid unnecessary delays. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.

What If I Receive the Wrong Item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item you received so we can assist you promptly.
