SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once shipped, standard delivery generally takes 7–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $99 USD or more.

For orders under $99 USD, a flat shipping fee of $10 USD applies.

Will I receive tracking information?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges may apply. Unless clearly included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and promotional items included.

Who pays for return shipping?

For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, JewFashion will review the issue and assist with an appropriate solution.

How do I start a return?

Email service@jewfashion.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for return instructions before sending your item back.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
